CANNABIS CAMERA IS A FULL-SERVICE PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY FOUNDED BY DENVER-BASED PHOTOGRAPHER, KIM SIDWELL WITH ONE PRIMARY GOAL... ADVOCACY
Advocacy is at the heart of everything we do.
Whether it's professional product photography, covering the next big event, or shooting a protest on the street, we work hard to advocate for the plant and for the people who have dedicated their lives and careers to promoting it.
Since 2009, this is what we do. We show up, we get the shot and we walk away having captured a little piece of history. We'd love to capture a little peice of your history. Get in touch today to learn how we can work together to help you advocate for yourself, your brand, your team and as always... the cannabis plant.
Denver-based photographer, Kim Sidwell has been working as a professional photographer for over 20 years. After working as a professional portrait photographer, immediately out of high-school for several years, Kim went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Photography in 2009.
Kim began covering Denver's 420 Rally in 2005 and has actively worked as both a cannabis advocate and cannabis industry photographer since 2009. Read Kim's full bio to learn more about her story and the history of Cannabis Camera!

Learn more about what we've been up to below!
Kim and I worked together at the Art Institute of Colorado's Alumni Association, where she was on the board as representative to the photography department. It was Kim's idea to create an AIC Alumni tent at the Downtown Denver Art Festival. I had worked with Kim previously, but it was through this project that I came to better know Kim and her impressive work ethic.
Kim is an original thinker with integrity. She is not only an "idea" person, but she has the motivation and skill to see those ideas come to light. Kim has foresight, can anticipate many details and is able to boil those down to one seamless, bigger picture. Not only a great photographer, but a true professional, delightful to work with and passionate about her field. I endorse Kim Sidwell with great enthusiasm!
